Hi, I am Melanie Marshall.
I am a Kansas native but have been living in Fort Walton Beach with my Husband, Brian and our two children Cooper (11) and Savvy (5) since 2014. We think the panhandle of Florida is simply the best with the most beautiful beaches. The beach is my favorite place in the whole world so the fact I get to photograph there nearly every night is literally a dream come true!
I am a light and airy photographer with a splash of vibrant color. When it comes to photographing you and your family I focus on both posed shots and lifestyle photography. I am all about having fun and catching those true giggly smiles.

Stage Right Photography
You are probably wondering how I came up with the name for my business. My husband, Brian is a professional musician as a bass player and performs "Stage Right" while on stage. He is the bass player in both bands: Creed / Alter Bridge. Our Real Estate business name is "Stage Right Group". Alter Bridge just finished their 7th studio album and their album cycle for touring was all of 2022-2023. Creed goes back out on tour in April of 2024 and will tour the rest of the year. Here are a few favorite photos I took of my husband while I was out on tour with him last year.
Meet my sweet family -
Every once in awhile my family will dress up with me so we can get photos taken. As a momma and a photographer - it is rare I get to be in front of the camera since I am the one who is always capturing the photos. It is so important to have these memories to look back on! I have never once regretted a photo-session with my loved ones.
Isn't this gorgeous yellow dress stunning? Well it is available to use by my amazing clients. I have named this special handmade dress "Sunflower" after the Kansas state flower. The Kansas based photographer "Lindsay Sallee Photography" was so generous to take my family's photos while she was here in Destin on vacation with her family.
